WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE
In this role, you will be responsible for handling mail and deliveries as well as purchasing for the office. You will also ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and prepare for breakfast. You will make sure that the office is well-organized and welcoming, greet visitors, and prepare meeting rooms for meetings. You will also respond to emails and answer phone calls. If needed, you may also be involved in planning and executing events.
This is a perfect role for you if you are looking for an administrative position with a fast pace and varied tasks. You will be part of an energetic work environment where you have daily contact with your colleagues in the office.
WHO ARE YOU?
You who are applying meet the following requirements:
Experience from a previous service role
Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a conference host or receptionist
